maloco + associates are solicitors and estate agents based in Dunfermline. We provide a One-Stop-Shop for all your property needs and also advise on what is generally referred to as Private Client services namely Wills, Powers of Attorney, trust and executry work.
In 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 maloco + associates sold more property in Fife and Kinross than any other ESPC agent accounting for over 25% of all property sold. The average current ( December 2009 ) length of time on the market for any home we are selling is 13 weeks.
