maloco + associates are solicitors and estate agents based in Dunfermline. We provide a One-Stop-Shop for all your property needs whether you are a homeowner or a landlord. We also advise on what is generally referred to as Private Client services namely Wills, Powers of Attorney, trust and executry work.

In 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010  and 2011 maloco + associates sold more property in West Fife and Kinross than any other ESPC agent accounting for over 29% of all property sold.  We have repeated this feat again in the first quarter of 2012.

The firm was named Best Small Scottish Estate Agency 2009 in The Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards and took the runners up spot in The Scottish Legal Awards in both 2009 and 2010 before taking the top accolade in the competition as Residential Property Team of the Year in 2011.

As the current number one ranking firm (ESPC data) for homes listed and sold across Fife and Kinross, we are ideally placed to offer truly specialist advice in relation to the house buying and selling process.

We can also help in the rental market via our dedicated Lettings department. Initial meetings and valuations are always free of charge.
