maloco + associates, the Dunfermline based award winning solicitors and estate agency has just recorded a first quarter's sales some 96% ahead of the same period in 2009.  The average sales growth across the ESPC who verified the figures was just 17%.

Senior Partner Michael Maloco pronounced himself delighted with the figures. " It truly has been a fantastic quarter. Its true that 2009 was a very difficult year especially the first three months so one does need to look at the increase in that context.  Nonetheless, given that we were the number one agent this time last year too in terms of ESPC sales, the increase is a remarkable achievement.  The average increase in sales across the ESPC was just 17% so we absolutely smashed that!"
