Everyone knows that selling your home can be an anxious time.  The property market continues to face challenges and with fewer buyers out there, we understand the concerns our clients can have.  We aim to minimize the stress and by bringing our experience of the Scottish property market to insure homes sell for the best possible price.

We have a number of accolades to our name which we hope demonstrate our dedication to our clients and to client service.  Most recently we won the coveted Scottish Legal Awards Residential Property Team of the Year 2011 having been runners up in 2010 and 2009.  In 2006 and 2007 we won the Silver Medal in the National Association of Estate Agency Awards.  In 2009 we picked up the prestigious Sunday Times Small Estate Agency of the Year Award for Scotland.  

In each of 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 the ESPC confirmed us to have sold more property than any other agent in Fife and Kinross.  Indeed our clients' homes represented almost 30% of all properties sold in these years and consistently sold quicker than those being marketed by other agents.  In the KY11 8 post code, one of  the top 10 Scottish post codes for sales in 2010, we sold 37% of all second hand homes last year.

Despite the downturn in the market, clients of maloco + associates'  have continued to sell.  They have enjoyed an even closer relationship in terms of feedback and have benefitted from levels of pro activity few are able to replicate.

With access to the ESPC only available via solicitor based estate agents, one of the most cost effective forms of advertising is available to all our clients.
